END USER CARE

RESPONSIBLE GAMING REPORTING OFFICER

Ip-Operators are required to appoint a Responsible Gaming Reporting Officer (the: “RGRO”). This task is allocated to the Non-Executive Director, who has to be aware of the End User Care policies of the IP-Operator, and report on quarterly and when data incidents occur. The RGRO needs to be a Curaçao resident. The function may be combined with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") and the Data Protection Reporting Officer ("DPRO") in which event this person who will be holding this combined function, shall be named the Combined Reporting Officer ("CRO").

Although the Non-Executive shall hold the official title as RGRO, the Executive Director shall as non-resident be responsible for preparing Quarterly reports for the RGRO to review and approve. This shall be a combined report in which also technical as well as money laundering information shall be prepared and subsequently reviewed by the CRO. A standard reporting model, the Combined Quarterly Report ("CQR") is available for download in the download section as well as article B.5. in which the specific requirements have been listed.
